Alongside me is Bekah, who offers a variety of beauty services, specializing in Gel X nails and nail art, as well as skincare, waxing, and other beauty treatments. Maria is also part of our team and she is a passionate nail technician who loves creating beautiful, confidence-boosting sets while continually growing and refining her skills. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:
• 24-Hour Notice Required
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service charge.
• No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
• Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and fees may still apply.
• Deposits
Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit that will go toward your service total.
